We cruised into beautiful Nordfjord

Steep snowcapped mountains made dramatic
scenery

We docked at a small pier in the village
of Olden and took a bus through the Olden Valley.

The mountains were reflected in the waters
of Olden Lake.

The winding road through the valley led
us to Jostedalsbreen National Park and the Briksdal Glacier.

Even from the parking lot, the view was
spectacular.

We rode small electric vehicles called Trollcarts
up the 2 mile trail to the start of the 1/2 mile path to the
glacier
