This page contains photos of various birds found in the Galapagos.
Several ocean currents bathe the islands in both tropical and cool
water. These currents bring in tons of nutrients so the oceans team
with life. This attracts flocks of seabirds. Over 19 species of
seabirds are found around the islands. To view photos of the Frigatebird,
go to Frigatebird Photo Gallery.
To view photos of Booby Birds, go to Booby
Photo Gallery. To learn more about the Waved Albatross, see
the journal from Espanola Island.
